GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

 
Basic Operations

  • counter staff
  • computer with minimum specifications
  • internet access (2mbps)
  • printer
  • communication equipment of at least one fixed telephone line
  • weighing scale
  • fire extinguisher
  • parking space
  • at least 20sq meters
  • cash bond of PH 50,000 (refundable)
  • set up fee of PH 50,000 to be used for intial:
  1. Signage
  2. Marketing collaterals
  3. Training - maximum of three personel in a year
  4. Uniforms - max of three in a year
  5. Supplies for shipments (awb, pouches, boxes, etc.)
  6. Soon to open and now open signages
  7. Flyers
  8. Marketing in billboards and other Advertising communications means of 2GO Express brand
  9. *tricycles, banners, jeepney banners

A P P L I C A T I O N    P R O C E S S

  
Initial document requirement

1. Letter of Intent (LOI) with the following attachments:

  • sketch of proposed outlet location
  • photos of proposed outlet
  • profile of the target market which should include a description of the area, list of business establishments
  • companies present in the area
  • filled-up Agent's Application Form download here

2. Our Retail Sales Team will evaluate your proposal based on the following criteria:

  • Necessity of an agent in the area proposed and the intensity of competition
  • Accessibility of the outlet to the most number of people and visibility to the public
  • Feasibility, profitability of the the area, sustainability

3. Our Retail Sales Team will conduct an ocular inspection of the proposed site and will evaluate according to:

  • size of the office
  • location
  • physical look / facade
  • accessiblity

     Please note that above criteria is not inclusive.

4. Our Retail Sales Team will evaluate background of applicant and merit of his application in accordance with his business skills, experience, credibility and logistics capability.

5. Upon approval, the Agent should put up the cash and surety bond, sign the contract and schedule training.
